15+ years of hands-on experience in the IT field. She has supported several contracts

Security, Intelligence Community, Veteran’s Affairs, State Department and
commercial enterprises as well.

Dr. Michael Scott Brown is a professor in the Information Systems Department at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Previously, he was the Graduate Program Director of the Online Masters in Information Systems and five related Graduate Certificates at UMBC.

President & COO – Ms. Uzma Amiri
The President of SecureInTech, Ms. Uzma Amiri is an exemplary technologist with over 15+ years of hands-on experience in the IT field. She has supported several contracts and clients ranging from Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Intelligence Community, Veteran’s Affairs, State Department and commercial enterprises as well. She is a well-rounded subject matter expert (SME) in SharePoint and ServiceNow, and provides client consulting and development services by using innovative solutions to solve their complex challenges.
As the Chief Operating Officer of the company, she is in charge of all aspects of operations as well as contract management. She is instrumental in supporting employee relationship and growth and is well versed in providing operational and technical guidance as well. She holds a Top-Secret Clearance and has supported various complex Cloud Computing development efforts for various government agencies.
With her knowledge and expertise, SecureInTech has been providing Department of Defense (Intelligence) with cutting-edge technological solutions for the past 5+ years. She has received several kudos from the client and is a Team leader in improving the overall digital transformation for the federal government.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts as well ServiceNow certification and has successfully supported government contracts for over a decade as a SME and as the Program Lead Manager.
Founder and Managing Partner – Dr. Amiri
Founder of SecureInTech, Dr. Amiri has over 24+ years of experience in the field of information technology. Dr. Amiri is instrumental with supporting business development, captures, approving future pipeline and bids as well as planning and supporting overall business development process.
He has both the IT technical knowledge as well as the program leadership experience that helps in supporting various federal clients which in turn aids in the company’s growth and success. Through various significant partnerships including but not limited to Leidos, Booz Allen and Hamilton, Accenture, ICF, Qinetic, and several other commercial entities, Dr. Amiri has been instrumental in partnering and sustaining several contracts over the past several years.
Throughout his career he has worked and helped various Federal Agencies including NRO, Department of Defense, State Department, Department of Education, Department of Labor, Veteran’s Affairs, USAid, Department of Energy and GSA as well as several commercial entities.
He has successfully managed teams over different states and countries and has worked very closely with industry leaders and innovators. He has held positions as Chairman of Advance Analytics and Quantum Computing.
He holds a PhD in Advance Analytics from Nova Southeastern University, an MS in Information Systems from Boston University and a BS in Computer Science from George Mason University.
